Individual programming / workout plans will be delivered directly to your smart device.
All personal training options include homework for the client to do on their own based on their goals and needs. In addition, each client will be given the option to do quarterly reassessments to track progress in categories such as: strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, speed, and body composition (body fat to muscle mass ratio).
Personal training clients can train with Jesse between 1-3 times per week.

1) Garage Gym Personal Training
Train with Jesse at his state-of-the-art garage gym. A whiteboard will be set up with a personalized workout plan.
*This has been deemed as an outdoor space if the garage door and side door are open.
*During your scheduled time slot Jesse will monitor your workout via a camera and can provide any guidance or coaching as needed.
*All equipment will be sterilized between clients.
4) In-Home Personal Training
Train with Jesse at the comfort of your own home.
STEP BY STEP
Initial Consultation: set goals, discuss any potential training limitations and lifestyle.
Assessment and Reassessment (optional): track your progress in categories such as strength, endurance, body composition, mobility and cardiovascular fitness through your fitness journey.
Prescribed exercises and in home guidance by trainer Jesse (Weekly appointments are most common but frequency can be adjusted as needed).
