Our Adult Functional Training Program offers full body strength and conditioning workouts tailored specifically to the needs of the adult training client. Whether your goal is to reduce body fat, increase energy levels, improve mobility or simply get in a great workout, Jesse can cater to the needs of men and women of all fitness levels. All group classes are limited to no more than 12 people.

- 7:15am to 8:00am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Whistle Bear Golf Club, Cambridge)
- 5:15pm to 6:00pm on Tuesday (The Zone Training, Guelph)

12 Week Program Price:
- 1 Training Session /Week = $185+HST
- 2 Training Sessions/Week = $350+HST
- 3 Training Sessions/Week = $500+HST

Initial Consultation: set goals, discuss any potential training limitations and lifestyle.
Assessment and Reassessment (optional): track your progress in categories such as strength, endurance, body composition, mobility and cardiovascular fitness through your fitness journey.
Prescribed exercises and in home guidance by trainer Jesse (Weekly appointments are most common but frequency can be adjusted as needed).
