Practice deliberately by setting goals, focusing on your form, and monitoring your progress. By practicing these habits you can expect greater performance, consistency, and results. 3) Adequate Sleep Recovery is influential to exercise outcomes. Adequate amounts of nutrients and sleep are needed for muscle synthesis. Inadequate amounts of sleep can increase the hormone Grehlin (which makes you feel hungry) and reduces the hormone Leptin (which makes you feel full). 4) Change It Up Challenge yourself by changing up your workouts. Mix up the resistance, reps, sets, exercise, and intensity to challenge yourself and prevent plateau. Mixing in sport, fitness classes, and physical activity to keep things fresh.
