We offer personal programming delivered directly to your smartphone, tablet or computer. Each program will be tailored to your individual abilities, equipment, workout location and desired weekly workout frequency. Workouts include descriptions and videos to properly demonstrate how to safely and effectively complete each exercise.
This option is suitable for those looking for greater flexibility, as workouts can be completed on your own schedule while also still having the accountability of trainer Jesse monitoring your progress. Personal programs are created on a monthly basis and subscription based.
