Personal training in home is suitable for a wide variety of individuals including business professionals, busy parents, mature adults and children. Bieman Fitness also offers semi-private training for those who like working with a partner or friend. Semi private training is normally 2-4 people with one trainer and commonly include husband-wife teams, brides and bridesmaids, siblings, and mother-daughter duos.

- Initial Consultation: Set goals, discuss any potential training limitations and lifestyle.
- Assessment and Reassessment (Optional): Track your progress in categories such as strength, endurance, body composition, mobility and cardiovascular fitness through your fitness journey.
- Prescribed exercises and in home guidance by trainer Jesse (weekly appointments are most common but frequency can be adjusted as needed).
